Ammonium bicarbonate
Ammonium bicarbonate is a nitrogen-containing chemical fertilizer, also known as acid ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate, abbreviated as ammonium bicarbonate, and commonly called gas fertilizer. White powdery or blocky crystals with a slight like odor.It is used as a nitrogen fertilizer and is suitable for all kinds of soil. It can provide both ammonium nitrogen and carbon dioxide needed for crop growth simultaneously, but it has a low nitrogen content and is prone to caking.
It is used as an analytical reagent and also for the synthesis of ammonium salts and degreasing of fabrics.
It can promote the growth of crops and photosynthesis, accelerate the growth of seedlings and leaves, and can be used as top dressing or directly applied as base fertilizer. It is also used as a food leavening agent and swelling agent.
Used as a high-grade leavening agent for food. When used in combination with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as a raw material for leavening agents in bread, biscuits, pancakes, etc., and also as a raw material for foaming powdered fruit juice. It is also used for blanching green vegetables, bamboo shoots, etc.
