Polyacrylamide is a white powder, odorless and neutral. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol,. The temperature is higher than 120ºC. It has flocculation, sedimentation and reinforcing effect. Melting point >300 °C, Tg165°C, density 1.189 g/mL at 25 °C, refractive index n20/D 1.452, flash point >230 °F.
